Senior Manager / Manager, Industry Partnership Agreements

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage industry partnership agreements as well as research- and innovation-related agreements.
- Coordinate the review and negotiation of agreements involving multiple stakeholders across institutions.
- Monitor agreement progress, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure timely completion of ongoing projects.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures, agreement templates, and relevant policy documents.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the research office and contribute to process improvements where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related discipline.
- Experience in research contracts management or a related administrative function is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the national research funding landscape and grant schemes will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
