Senior Manager/Manager - Integration - Business Strategy - Banking Domain

1. Business & Commercial Alignment

- Undertake market research, internal diagnostics, and gap assessments to identify revenue synergies, cross-sell opportunities, efficiency gains, and capability uplift across integration workstreams.

- Support evolution of integration agenda across Retail, Corporate, SME, Wealth, Treasury, and Digital Banking segments through deep dives on product, pricing, and distribution strategies.

- Assist in developing medium-term business strategies for key workstreams (e.g., branch network optimization/expansion, retail product alignment) in collaboration with integration teams and business stakeholders.

- Support domain-specific technology and data assessments (e.g., Risk, Retail channels) in coordination with technology teams.

2. Governance, Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement

- Stay updated on regulatory requirements within the banking/BFSI landscape to support compliance, statutory filings, and regional regulations.

- Assist in designing stakeholder communication strategies for employees, clients, investors, and regulators.

- Support evaluation of target operating models and integration scenarios for control functions such as Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

3. People, Culture & Change

- Support benchmarking of organizational structures and performance frameworks.

- Assist in shaping change management and communication agendas.

4. Value Creation

- Contribute to cultural alignment initiatives and collaborate with HR on communication, retention, and continuity plans.

- Support tracking of value creation across integration workstreams, including revenue synergies, cost efficiencies, and operating leverage.

- Assist in benefit tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.

5. Integration Execution & Project Management

- Support coordination and project management across multiple workstreams to provide a consolidated view for leadership and reporting.

- Assist in driving program governance, milestone tracking, and issue resolution across stakeholders.

Must Have Skills and Experience :

- 3-7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or integration roles within Banking / BFSI or consulting firms.

- Proven track record in business-led integration, M&A execution, due diligence, or large-scale transformation across multi-jurisdictional environments.

- Strong techno-functional expertise, operating at the intersection of banking business and technology, with understanding of core platforms and digital solutions.

- Solid knowledge of banking business models, product architectures, and operating structures across Retail, Corporate, and Institutional segments.

- Advanced market research and analytical capabilities, with exposure to diverse geographies and operating models.

- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously with strong project and time management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across senior leadership and cross-cultural teams.

- High emotional intelligence and adaptability, enabling effective collaboration in dynamic and diverse business environments.
