- University degree in information technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in information technology or FinTech solution department of which at least 5 years at managerial level in major financial institutions for Senior Manager; over 8 years’ experience with 3 years at managerial level for Manager
- Strong team management skill of multiple technology teams consisting of enterprise/ solution architects, engineers, test automation engineers, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity engineers, and site reliability engineers
- Strong portfolio management skills with multiple cross-functional delivery teams using agile methodology, and able to design and deliver solutions with modern technologies
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture and solution design for large scale distributed applications with modern technology stacks and microservice architecture
- Strong experience in managing delivery of multiple concurrent projects at portfolio level, and be proactively able to handle risk, assumption, issue, dependency and synergy
- Strong experience in project governance to ensure application are secure, reliable and interoperable
- Strong experience in change management, incident management and problem management,
- Experience with site reliability engineering is good to have, but not mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of emerging FinTech trends and technologies
- Good understanding of the regulatory landscape in the financial sector
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as proficiency in Putonghua
