Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee production operations, manufacturing efficiency and material flow within a high-volume semiconductor environment.

The role will lead a manufacturing team and drive improvements across output, productivity, capacity, manpower, quality, delivery, cycle time and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams across day-to-day and shift operations.

• Deliver manufacturing targets across output, quality, productivity, delivery and safety.

• Manage production planning, WIP movement, capacity, manpower, equipment and material resources.

• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and resolve production constraints with Engineering, Quality and Planning teams.

• Drive yield, OEE, cycle-time, cost and productivity improvements.

• Maintain manufacturing procedures, quality systems, audit readiness and shop-floor discipline.

• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• 10+ years' semiconductor/high-volume manufacturing experience, including significant people leadership responsibility.

• Strong production management, capacity and manpower planning experience.

• Knowledge of OEE, SPC, FMEA, OCAP, process control and 8D.

• Strong track record in productivity, yield, cost reduction and continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to lead sizeable manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
