Senior Manager - Marketing Communications

Role Overview

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a senior marketing communications leader to shape the company's narrative and drive external visibility. This individual will oversee the communications function — spanning strategic communications, PR and media relations, and employer branding — and will be the single accountable leader ensuring Aurigo's voice is credible and consistent across all channels and audiences. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with responsibility for advising senior leadership, managing agency and media relationships, and building a high-performing communications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead Aurigo’s global communications and brand strategy.
• Elevate corporate reputation and visibility across key markets.
• Lead PR, media relations, and thought leadership across the US and India.
• Own executive positioning for the Founder & CEO and senior leadership.
• Drive strategic narratives, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition.
• Lead social media, digital presence, and brand reputation.
• Shape employer branding, advocacy, and talent engagement strategy.
• Lead crisis and sensitive communications.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and leadership to position Aurigo’s AI-native platform.
• Ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across all stakeholder audiences.

Requirements

Candidate profile

• 8+ years in corporate/marketing communications within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Strong expertise in PR, media relations, executive communications, and employer branding.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite leaders and represent the company externally.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling, audience-focused narratives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience across global, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Experience

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Experience with the US public sector market.
• Familiarity with infrastructure or capital programs.
