• Develop network expansion & performance strategies
  
• Manage infrastructure projects (fiber, IP, capacity)
  
• Monitor network quality, risks, and incidents
  
• Align technical roadmap with business goals
  
• Drive resilience, security, and disaster recovery
  
• Execute regional commercial strategy
  
• Drive sales, distribution & revenue growth
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree / Telecoms background
  
• 5+ years in network planning/optimization
  
• Certifications (Cisco, ITIL, TOGAF preferred)
  
• Strong financial & strategic planning skills
