About the Role:

The Senior Manager - New Initiatives will work closely with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives and senior leadership to drive strategic business priorities across functions and global regions. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives and CXO leadership to drive high - priority strategic initiatives across the organization.

- Identify and lead AI - driven growth, business transformation, and operational efficiency projects.

- Conduct detailed business performance analysis, market research, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision - making.

- Develop and implement frameworks to translate business strategies into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

- Lead complex cross - functional projects, ensuring effective coordination, alignment, and timely execution.

- Identify opportunities to scale new business lines and improve global business operations.

- Monitor initiative performance, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements to leadership.

- Drive collaboration across teams and ensure strategic priorities progress from planning to execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or Founder's Office roles.

- Experience working with technology, SaaS, or high - growth startup organizations is preferred.
