Senior Manager - Offshore Partnership Alliance

The Senior Manager - Offshore Partnership Alliance will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our offshore partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize collaboration, enhance communication, and ensure the successful delivery of digital engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of the offshore market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex partnerships.

• Lead and manage a team of alliance managers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective partnership management.
• Identify and engage with potential offshore partners, conducting thorough research and due diligence to select the best fit for our organization.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Digitide's strategic goals and maintaining favorable terms.
• Develop and implement partnership integration plans, including resource allocation, project management, and knowledge sharing strategies.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge exchange between onshore and offshore teams.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions to enhance collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong understanding of international business laws and practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project managers, and offshore partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our partnership ecosystem.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Digital Engineering department, highlighting partnership achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing offshore alliances.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and finalizing complex partnership agreements, with a strong understanding of international business practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and partnership optimization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
