We are seeking a dynamic leader with experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Access, or Case Management who is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating exceptional patient experiences.

What we're looking for:

✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
✅ 4-6 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, Specialty Pharmacy, or Patient Access
✅ Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience managing operational performance, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives
✅ Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
