| Good Have Skills : | • Experience in Insurance Sales domain • Experience managing remote/distributed teams • Knowledge of CRM / Sales Force Automation tools • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies |
| Roles and Responsibilities : | • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the outbound sales team • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets • Manage team performance through regular reviews, coaching and feedback • Identify skill gaps and conduct training/development initiatives • Analyze sales metrics and trends to improve team productivity and conversion • Drive continuous improvement and maintain a high-performance culture • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth business operations • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and regulatory requirements • Effectively manage dialer strategies and optimize sales productivity |
