(Senior) Manager Operations Strategy & Industry Solutions | Energy, Resources & Infrastructure (ER&I)
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the delivery of complex transformation programs, from designing new operating models to implementing and optimizing the digital and operational solutions that drive them.
- Client Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (e.g., COO, Head of Operations), helping them navigate the operational complexities of the energy transition.
- Business Development: Develop new opportunities by identifying where our "advise, design, implement, run" approach can create significant value for clients in the ER&I sector, maintaining a strong network of decision-makers.
- People Development: Coach and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture that empowers them to excel.

- A Master’s degree in engineering, economics, and/or business administration.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in consulting and the energy industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the energy market and technological trends.
- Intrinsic motivation to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system.
- A strong network within the Energy, Resources, or Infrastructure sector.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Dutch and English
