Senior Manager – Organizational Development (OD)
Key
Responsibilities
1.
Organizational Development
• Develop institutional
assessment frameworks and OD methodologies.
• Design organizational
strengthening roadmaps for partner organizations.
• Lead baseline, mid line and end-line organizational assessments.
• Support partner
organizations on governance, leadership, strategic planning, HR systems and
institutional processes.
2.
Capacity Building
• Design and facilitate
training programs for partner organizations and Portfolio Managers.
• Develop learning
materials, toolkits and curricula for institutional strengthening.
• Coach Portfolio Managers
on OD approaches and institutional strengthening techniques.
3.
Technical Leadership
• Provide advisory support
on organizational development to SPU and partner organizations.
• Review and quality-check
organizational improvement plans.
• Lead quality assurance
across all OD interventions delivered through the SPU.
4.
Knowledge Management
• Develop best-practice
documents and OD guidance notes.
• Document case studies
and institutional learning.
• Support communities of
practice and partner learning forums.
Key

Requirements
10–15
years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

Experience
may be drawn from NGOs, CSR foundations, consulting firms, corporate
organizations, educational institutions, healthcare, or public sector
organizations.
