Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all citations and appeals processes. • Serves as the final authority for issues regarding citations, questions, and payments.• Manages parking permit process for students, staff, vendors and construction contractors, yearly and temporary. • Ensures vehicles are registered to the correct person.• Responsible for the parking system’s computer software and hardware. • Manages the web content and all online forms.• Functions as backup and contact for Dispatchers regarding calls for service and questions in the field.• Point of contact for events/projects on campus that need to have parking (i.e., construction, road, and lot closures, as well as receptions and city/university-wide events).• Coordinates with off-campus groups to bring buses and large groups to campus.• Serves as liaison between staff, departments served, external agencies and University leadership.• Interprets, implements, develops and/or recommends changes to rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the University or outside governing agencies.• Directs and manages the daily operations of the department. • Plans and organizes all aspects of business operations.• Oversees the information management process for multiple units or departments. • Creates strategic plans and long-range goals.• Prepares budget and provides projections and recommendations for unit. • Manages financial data, monitors budget to meet goals, and resolves budget discrepancies.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
