The Senior Manager – People & Performance position at Qiddiya Investment Company is a strategic role responsible for driving people-related initiatives that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, resource mobility and workforce planning. This role collaborates closely with Qiddiya and Delivery Partner HR Business Partners, HR Centres of Excellence, leadership teams, and functional heads to develop and implement performance management frameworks, employee development programs, and culture-building initiatives aligned with Qiddiya’s ambition as a transformative entertainment and lifestyle destination.
The Senior Manager leads the design of Delivery Partner performance measurement systems, integrated execution of performance measurement systems, recognition programs, and continuous feedback processes to build a high-performing integrated workforce. Acting as a change agent, this role ensures alignment of people strategies with corporate objectives and supports leaders in fostering an inclusive, motivated, and collaborative culture.
Key responsibilities
Optimize workforce planning and allocation to deploy the right people with the right skills at the right time across E-BU projects
Deliver and support effective onboarding programs to enable new joiners to integrate quickly and perform efficiently
Strengthen learning and development initiatives to enhance technical and leadership capabilities across BU teams
Implement structured performance management to drive accountability and improvement through consistent goal setting and feedbackPromote knowledge sharing and collaboration to exchange best practices and expertise that enhance team performance
Cross business unit interface/collaboration where required as well as any Adhoc initiatives across the BU.
Coach leaders on managing employee performance, difficult conversations, and talent development.
Provide front line support to the project teams, providing guidance and advice on issues and escalation routes where applicable.
Responsible for Delivery Partner timesheets and maintaining Delivery Partner people data.
General reporting responsibilities inclusive of business reporting and government entity reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in people performance management, talent development, or organizational effectiveness roles.Demonstrated experience designing and implementing performance management frameworks and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong understanding of cultural transformation, change management, and leadership development.The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence at all levels, challenging constructively where required, and a data-driven mindset to translate analytics into actionable insights
Experience working within large-scale, complex organizations or project-driven environments is an advantage.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and change, and without or established precedents
