Key responsibilities in your new role
- Consult Procurement’s negotiators to prepare large-scale project awards and annual price negotiations employing innovative methodologies such as game theory
- Drive large-scale negotiation events (“negotiation weeks”)
- Develop frameworks and materials for negotiation preparation
- Create and conduct negotiation trainings
- Enable Procurement to further roll out monetarized comparisons of suppliers ("monetarized total-cost-of-ownership”)
- Prepare negotiation results for reporting
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, business administration, or similar field
- At least 5 years of working experience in procurement and/or consulting with a focus on procurement
- Extensive negotiation experience in large-scale projects covering negotiations with a diverse range of boundary conditions.
- Negotiation experience gained across several companies/positions is an advantage
- Knowledge of game theory and extensive experience in conducting game theory–based negotiations
- Experience in conducting large-scale negotiation events, “negotiation weeks,” is an advantage
- Experience in conducting (negotiation) trainings
- Very good analytical skills, project management skills, and communication skills
- A solution-oriented and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent English language skills
