Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled program manager to join our Business Growth and Excellence team in Taiwan. In this role, you will be working closely with business managers, marketing team, and finance to cross functional programs targeted at driving growth and profitability. A successful candidate will come up with ways to scale existing programs and also create roadmap for new initiatives to help attract new customers and drive engagement with our existing customers. We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, solid analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and strong project management abilities.
What You Will Do
- Define the vision for category growth through best-in-class inputs across availability, price sharpness and delivery experience
- Develop detailed plans to scale existing initiatives and create roadmap for new initiatives with clear objectives and goals
- Partner closely with brand managers (buyer), marketing team, and pricing team to align on cross functional goals and processes for specific categories
- Monitor program performance, resolve issues and collaborate on improvement plans to ensure seamless integration and high operational standards.
- Create detailed category scorecard with inputs and defect metrics to understand category health. Present reports and detailed documents to stakeholders and leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Business Strategy, Analytics, E-commerce, Retail, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or related fields.
- Experience driving pricing, growth, customer experience, or commercial initiatives.
- Advanced SQL and data visualization capabilities.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
