HK$97,787 to HK$143,298 (HMPS Point 9 to 19) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. | |

| |
The incumbent will assist the Service Director (Quality and Safety) in leading the Quality and Safety services in the Hong Kong Island Cluster. Key responsibilities include\: | |

1. | Assist in the development and execution of department’s annual plan. |
2. | Assist in formulating and implementing cluster wide policies/ guidelines on quality and safety healthcare practices. |
3. | Lead the overall risk management strategies; monitor and review the outcome of risk reduction plans. |
4. | Plan and coordinate incident management strategies in the cluster. |
5. | Drive and coordinate quality and safety activities in the cluster. |
6. | Promote patient safety culture in the cluster. |
7. | Provide executive support to the Cluster Quality & Safety Committee and other risk related committees in the cluster. |
8. | Assist in hospital accreditation. |
9. | Any other duties as assigned by supervisors. |

Entry Requirements | |
| |
1. | A university degree or equivalent. |
2. | At least 7 years’ post-qualification managerial experience in management function / respective profession / function of the post, of which at least 3 years’ experience is in middle management / professional level (e.g. EO I or equivalent level). |
3. | Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. |
