<p>Job Summary:</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in tendering, estimation,</p><p>vendor management, and cost control for real estate construction projects. The candidate must have</p><p>significant hands-on experience in Interior fit-out works and Aluminium window works. The role will be</p><p>responsible for preparing BOQs, floating tenders, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring</p><p>cost-effective procurement for residential/commercial developments.</p><p>Key Responsibilities: (Please mention the top 5)</p><p>1. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications for civil, interior,</p><p>MEP, and aluminium works.</p><p>2. Conduct quantity take-offs, floating tenders, RFQs, and manage technical/commercial bid</p><p>processes.</p><p>3. Evaluate quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate rates, and finalize</p><p>contractors/vendors.</p><p>4. Prepare work orders, LOIs, contracts, and coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, and</p><p>Finance teams.</p><p>5. Monitor project budgets, contractor bills, variation orders, extra items, and ensure cost-effective</p><p>procurement.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Skills Required: (Please mention the top 5)</p><p>1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.</p><p>2. Minimum 15+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Contracts, and Tendering roles in real</p><p>estate / construction industry.</p><p>3. Strong expertise in Interior works, Aluminium windows, façade systems, and finishing packages.</p><p>4. Excellent knowledge of rate analysis, BOQ preparation, estimation, contracts, and vendor</p><p>management.</p><p>5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred with strong negotiation and analytical skills.</p><p>Desired Work Experience and Qualification:</p><p>1. Proven experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.</p><p>2. Strong understanding of local market rates, vendors, and contractor management.</p><p>3. Attention to detail with cost optimization mindset.</p><p>4. Strong contract administration and commercial acumen.</p><p>5.
