Senior Manager, Regional Demand Planning
Summary
Oversee regional demand planning for a Singapore-based company, aligning forecasts with business goals and collaborating with manufacturing, sales, and leadership to optimize supply and demand.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the regional demand planning strategy, aligning forecasting capabilities with long-term business objectives and operational priorities.
- Lead the development of accurate and actionable demand forecasts through analysis of market trends, business insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive alignment between demand, supply, commercial, and financial plans through effective participation in S&OP and S&OE processes.
- Lead initiatives to enhance demand planning processes, forecast accuracy, transparency, and overall planning effectiveness across the organization.
- Serve as the primary planning representative for Asia, partnering closely with manufacturing, sales, and business leaders to ensure alignment on demand priorities and business objectives.
- Establish planning standards, governance frameworks, and resource priorities while managing escalations, executive reporting, and key business decisions.
- Lead and develop the Demand Planning function, driving improvements in forecast performance, customer service levels, operational resilience, and overall business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning
- Semicon/Electronics related industry experience will be a plus
- SAP
