Senior Manager, Regional Key Accounts (Logistics)

We are partnering with an established regional logistics provider spanning contract logistics and freight forwarding in a search for a Senior Manager, Regional Key Accounts (Logistics) to own a portfolio of multinational accounts across the region, driving retention, profitable growth, and consistent service delivery across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of multinational key accounts in the region.

• Grow account scope both within individual markets and across multiple countries in the region.

• Drive account retention by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities early.

• Support the onboarding of new regional accounts, carrying them from proposal through to implementation.

• Lead regular business reviews with key clients, surfacing performance gaps, risks, and improvement initiatives.

• Track operational performance against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Work alongside customers on continuous improvement initiatives that build long-term value.

• Coordinate with operations, IT, and finance teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Sales and Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in key account management and sales.

• Background across third-party logistics (3PL) contract logistics and freight forwarding.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build durable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
