Your profile:

· Minimum 5-7 years of consulting experience in top tier organizations

· MBA degree from a top tier institute is highly desirable

· Fluency in business English (written and spoken)

· Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Clear and top-down communication is a must

· Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively

· Enthusiasm for working in teams

· Customer-oriented thinking

· Flexibility and willingness to travel

· Interest in growth topics, GTM, pricing and sales is good to have
