Senior Manager, Software Engineering & Technology
Salary: $10,000 – $14,000 per month
About the role
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Software Engineering, AI, Data, DevSecOps and Platform Engineering. Drive end-to-end software development and delivery for complex and mission-critical systems.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Software Engineering, AI, Data, DevSecOps and Platform Engineering
Drive end-to-end software development and delivery for complex and mission-critical systems
Establish engineering standards, SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity and quality governance
Manage resource planning and delivery across multiple projects and business priorities
Develop technology roadmaps and drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation and emerging technologies
Lead AI-enabled solutions from concept through implementation and deployment
Support solution architecture, tenders, technical proposals, customer presentations and presales activities
Drive continuous improvement, technology modernization and engineering capability development
About you
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in senior software engineering / technology / delivery leadership
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary software, AI and data engineering teams
Strong experience in full SDLC, software architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD and secure software development
Experience delivering AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, resource planning and project delivery capabilities
