Job Description
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all business units. Liaise effectively with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with top management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance function. Lead initiatives to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency across the group.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a holding company or multifinance industry.
- Strong background in financial services, with experience in handling complex financial reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
