Senior Manager - Strategic Partnerships

You will be responsible for establishing and growing Sukoon's corporate partnerships function in Hyderabad/Delhi, working directly with hospital leadership to build a sustainable network of referral and business partnerships. The ideal candidate already has strong relationships across corporates, hospitals, healthcare providers, TPAs, insurers, brokers, employee wellness leaders, HR teams, and healthcare decision-makers in the city. This is a high-accountability role with significant ownership, visibility, and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own Sukoon's corporate partnerships strategy for Hyderabad/Delhi.
• Develop relationships with corporates, HR leaders, employee well-being teams, hospitals, healthcare providers, TPAs, insurers, brokers, and other ecosystem partners.
• Generate referral pathways and business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute partnership agreements.
• Represent Sukoon at industry events, networking forums, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Work closely with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
• Track partnership performance and drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5-12 years of experience in healthcare corporate partnerships, institutional sales, hospital business development, key account management, or healthcare ecosystem development.
• Existing network across Hyderabad's/Delhi's healthcare and corporate landscape strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with CXOs, CHROs, HR leaders, hospital leadership, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Highly self-driven with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare services, diagnostics, wellness, health-tech, insurance, or related sectors preferred.
• Suitable candidates may be considered at either Manager or Senior Manager level based on experience, network strength, and track record.
