Roles & responsibilities
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager in the Audit team. Working as a Senior Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:
Lead a team of graduates and qualified Executives, Seniors and AMs working on audits for the onshore.
Managing international clients and leading the audits.
Act as main point of contact for onshore departments.
Build strong relationships with onshore department champions/other key contacts in the onshore.
Work with the senior management and key onshore contacts to develop business and grow the team.
Make regular contact with onshore to ensure staff are booked to audits and utilized effectively and take feedback on quality of work delivered.
Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from onshore.
Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews.
Work with L&D team to identify training needs.
Work with Recruitment team to support hiring needs.
Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of staff members.
Coach AMs and TLs on performing reviews and developing their staff
Motivate and develop AMs and TLs to become effective leaders

This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)
Additional certifications (if any)
Work experience
8+ years of experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international.
IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Excel/Word/ PowerPoint ·
Banking industry Experience is a must including :-
Hands-on experience in- Credit File Reviews (CFRs), Expected Credit Loss (ECL) / IFRS 9 audits, Corporate and retail credit risk assessments, Regulatory and compliance audits within banking.
Experience leading large, complex audit engagements and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
Exposure to Basel regulations and prudential regulatory requirements.
