Key Responsibilities
- Senior Talent Acquisition Manager role responsible for delivering hiring plans across a defined number of business units, geographically dispersed in a global environment
- Responsible for leading a team of 6~ Recruiters to identify, engage, and hire bar raising Cyber Security talent reporting to a Director. Based in Petah Tikva.
- SVP-level customer ownership, responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment reviews, using data and insights to engage, inform and influence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including PBPs, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, and Finance
- Able to translate company strategy and priorities into actionable goals for your team
- Identify and implement process improvements and training opportunities in partnership with Talent Enablement
- Perform regular inspection of your team's hiring activity, analyzing performance against goals, pipeline generation, and quality
- Manage and balance team requisition loads to ensure high-quality hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Employer Branding - Lead initiatives to enhance PANW’s reputation as an employer of choice across social media and key networking platforms
- Workforce Planning - partner with Finance, HR leaders and planning teams to align on hiring plans across medium to long term
- Vendor and Partner Management - oversee relationships with external recruitment firms, RPO partners and other vendors effectively. Be commercially aware, adept at negotiating, and work effectively through others
- Lead by example through hands-on delivery, personally owning 1-2 Senior Director+ roles at a time
- Create a high performance culture amongst your team, leading, coaching and inspiring your Recruiters to reach their full potential
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract talent from diverse pools and ensuring a bias-free selection process
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition including a minimum of 5+ years experience of growing and developing a team of recruiters . Prior experience in-house is essential
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior and executive-level leadership
- Experience working in a fast-growth global tech organization, CyberSecurity or related being a plus
- Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process including experienced hire and executive recruiting
- Experience using AI-driven sourcing tools or CRM platforms to automate top of funnel activities
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to present recruiting metrics and insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects at a regional or global level
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software. Workday is preferable
