What you’ll do

Oversee Talent Acquisition Program Management and Operations

Lead and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects to ensure alignment across departments and successful implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives.

Engage and collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to gain actionable insights, validate program requirements, and ensure that our talent initiatives are business-aligned and impactful.

Architect and provide strategic oversight for skilled trades, early career, and military talent programs to ensure a robust, future-ready talent pipeline.

Direct the strategy for high-level networking and partnerships with community organizations, academic institutions, and industry bodies to enhance brand influence.

Lead large-scale process transformation and program governance across 40+ operating companies to drive enterprise-wide consistency and excellence.

Identify and capitalize on emerging workforce development opportunities to create competitive advantages through advanced programming.

Drive innovation by designing creative, scalable recruitment solutions that align with the organization's long-term strategic objectives.

Implement talent pipeline programs, including internships and referrals, to cultivate future talent.

Provide mentorship and leadership to cultivate a high-performance team.

Champion organizational engagement, delivering ongoing feedback and mapping career advancement paths to ensure team synergy with strategic objectives.
What you’ll need
-
To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience.

10+ years of experience in talent program development with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience working in a highly matrixed or similar organization, including leading the development of talent acquisition programs in a large organization.

Experience working with an ATS, with a strong preference for SAP/Success Factors.
Additional qualifications

Ability to travel as necessary to support field operations.

Background in the construction industry.

Experience supporting corporate in office/hybrid workforce and decentralized, deskless field
Physical abilities & exposures

Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.

Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 25% to attend team meetings, trainings and field operations
