Trainee Programs
- Develop and lead Trainee Programs as per the different talent development need in the bank
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management of all trainees. Liaison with institutes to get access to students
- Work on building HBL as Employer of Choice for potential candidates, develop university linkage with the academia and conduct recruitment drives
- Partner with Marketing & Brand Management team to build a strong presence of HBL on social media
- Work on building a pipeline of young talent through different trainee program such as Project, ACCA, CA etc.
- Supervise internships and attachments requests to support businesses as and when needed
Talent Management
- Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources.
- Propose approaches, ideas and business insight to HRRMs to increase the effectiveness, reach and visibility of career programs and help the organization respond to career and talent-related opportunities and demands.
- Organize sessions for high talent (exco, president, speed mentoring etc.)
- Support in the development of IDPs and ensure career goals are tracked on a timely basis
Relationship Management
- Serve as relationship manager for businesses and employees under The League Programme and other trainee programmes.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR
Minimum experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with 2 years of experience in talent management.
