As a Senior Manager of Technical Business Analysts, you will manage a team of Business Analysts who address company and customers’ needs in coordination with Product Owners and Product Team. You'll also serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy.

We need someone who can:

Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of business analysts.

Use your distinctive combination of knowledge and hands-on expertise to develop and improve processes.

Manage team members effectively: Delegate, Support, Coach or Delegate based on team member competency and motivation.

Provide problem solving and deep solution expertise to the customer and Development teams.

Work with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders to convert business requirements into actionable, generalized technical features and user stories that address their needs

Plan, assign, track and report Business Analyst allocation

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and help to drive the product strategy.

Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-points to educate and engage the broader community of prospects, customers, partners and coworkers.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience as a business analyst

Minimum of 3 years as a Manager or Lead business analyst

Minimum 2 years of relevant Azure DevOps experience

Experience with process improvement and definition

Experience in technology implementations

Preferred Qualifications For Consideration:

Agile process experience

Experience in Cloud technologies

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $128,325 - $145000
