Senior Manager, Technology Risk Cyber Management
Salary: RM 13,000 – RM 18,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and report technology and cybersecurity risks across Paydibs and MCash.
Ensure that the first line of defence (Technical Team) mitigates all identified risks within the specified deadlines.
Develop, maintain, and revise frameworks and policies related to technology and cybersecurity risks.
Monitor technology risk appetite, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk thresholds and tolerance levels, and the risk register.
Conduct risk assessments of third parties and supply chain partners within the Paydibs ecosystem in relation to cybersecurity.
Monitor the threat landscape and emerging technology risks.
Recommend security controls and compensating controls to the first line of defence based on assessment findings.
Measure the effectiveness of controls implemented by the first line of defence.
Provide guidance to ITD and business teams on cybersecurity-related risks.
Act as a backup to the Cybersecurity Incident Manager on an alternating basis with other team members.
Perform tasks as required by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and PayNet, specifically those relating to the Second Line of Defence – CISO Office.
Job Requirements:
5–7 years of relevant experience in technology risk, cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, audit, and stakeholder management.
A graduate degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or other relevant major.
Preferably a professional certificate in Information Security / IT Risk / IT Security / IT Audit.
Exposure to IT technical tasks e.g., security administrator, system and network administrator.
