Senior Manager - Tendering & Bidding - Power/Energy

Job Description:

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preference Electrical).

Experience: Minimum 3 years in project marketing, tendering, domestic/international bidding processes, pricing, and tender engineering for hydro projects.

- Understand and navigate FIDIC conditions and other commercial contract frameworks.

- Prepare technical-commercial proposals and presentations for clients.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the hydro power sector.

- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and execution teams for seamless project handover.

- Represent at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Competencies: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with excellent computer literacy.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of hydro power plant equipment: turbines, generators, transformers, switchyards, cables, and control systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Confident and professional in client presentations and negotiations.

- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and tender portals.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team.

- Willingness to travel as required.
