About the Role
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of compensation frameworks that promote internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Drive annual compensation review cycles, including salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and performance-based reward programmes.
- Oversee the organisation’s benefits portfolio, ensuring programmes remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs.
- Develop and manage incentive schemes, bonus plans, and recognition programmes that support business objectives and strengthen a high-performance culture.
- Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and reward analytics to provide strategic recommendations and insights to leadership.
- Monitor emerging trends and best practices in compensation and benefits, ensuring reward programmes remain relevant and future-focused.
- Develop and maintain reward policies, frameworks, and governance standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and organisational requirements.
- Partner closely with Human Capital, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business leaders to deliver effective and sustainable reward solutions.
- Manage reward budgets, forecasting activities, and financial modelling to support informed decision-making and long-term sustainability.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
About You
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- More than 10 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within medium to large organisations.
- Proven experience designing and implementing compensation structures, job evaluation frameworks, salary benchmarking methodologies, and benefits programmes.
- Strong knowledge of compensation governance, reward strategy, market benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- A solid understanding of UAE employment legislation and reward-related compliance requirements.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with excellent proficiency in Excel, HR systems, and reward analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Experience managing external consultants, benefits providers, insurers, and other strategic partners.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent, building accountability, and driving team performance.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach, coupled with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
