Senior Manager Web3 Growth Ecosystem
You define and execute growth strategies for the Web3 ecosystem, covering user growth, retention, and engagement. You lead user operations, develop narrative and content strategies, negotiate ecosystem partnerships, run global campaigns and events, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to increase user scale and activity.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a holistic growth strategy for the OKX Web3 ecosystem
- Lead user operations
- Apply user segmentation, lifecycle management, campaign operations, and channel distribution to drive user scale and activity
- Identify emerging Web3 narratives and industry trends
- Craft content strategies and go-to-market plays
- Lead commercial negotiations with projects, protocols, and communities
- Plan and execute global online and offline events and campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of operations or growth experience in Crypto/Web3
- Internet-style user operations capability and Web3 industry knowledge
- Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including infrastructure providers, VCs, DApps, and exchanges
- Strong business-to-business negotiation skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to independently drive complex projects end-to-end
