You lead community and ecosystem operations, identify emerging narratives, develop content and go-to-market strategies, negotiate ecosystem partnerships, run global events and campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a holistic growth strategy for Web3 products
- Lead community and ecosystem operations
- Apply segmentation, lifecycle management, campaign operations, and channel distribution to grow engagement
- Identify emerging Web3 narratives and industry trends
- Craft content strategies and go-to-market plays
- Lead commercial negotiations with projects, protocols, and communities
- Plan and execute global online and offline events and campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of operations or growth experience in Crypto/Web3
- Internet-style user operations capability and Web3 industry knowledge
- Deep understanding of the Web3 industry ecosystem, including infrastructure providers, VCs, DApps, and exchanges
- Strong business-to-business negotiation skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to independently drive complex projects end-to-end
