Senior Manager Web3 Growth
You define and execute holistic growth strategies for Web3 products, covering acquisition, retention, and engagement. You lead community and ecosystem operations, identify emerging narratives, develop content and go-to-market strategies, negotiate ecosystem partnerships, run global events and campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a holistic growth strategy for Web3 products
- Lead community and ecosystem operations
- Apply segmentation, lifecycle management, campaign operations, and channel distribution to grow engagement
- Identify emerging Web3 narratives and industry trends
- Craft content strategies and go-to-market plays
- Lead commercial negotiations with projects, protocols, and communities
- Plan and execute global online and offline events and campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of operations or growth experience in Crypto/Web3
- Internet-style user operations capability and Web3 industry knowledge
- Deep understanding of the Web3 industry ecosystem, including infrastructure providers, VCs, DApps, and exchanges
- Strong business-to-business negotiation skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to independently drive complex projects end-to-end
