Senior Manager Web3 Growth Protocols
You develop growth strategies for Web3 tools, activate target user segments, and design incentive programs based on protocol and user behavior. You build partnerships with project and protocol teams, coordinate liquidity and ecosystem incentives, analyze on-chain data, and work with product and engineering partners on optimization and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for OKX Web3 tools
- Identify and activate target user segments
- Understand on-chain protocols and user behaviors
- Design incentive programs and growth playbooks
- Establish partnerships with project and protocol teams
- Drive joint operations, liquidity management, and ecosystem incentive programs
- Monitor on-chain data and market dynamics
- Optimize growth strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams on product optimization and feature iterations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3
- Extensive knowledge of on-chain protocols, including liquidity pools and automated smart contract liquidation
- Practical Web3 protocol usage and operations experience
- Proficiency in on-chain data analysis
- Ability to use on-chain tools to analyze user behavior and protocol performance
- Existing relationships within Web3 communities and protocol teams
- Ability to set strategies around core metrics and drive execution
- Fluent English
