Senior Manual Tester

We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of software products through comprehensive testing practices and collaboration with Agile teams.

Our client is one of the 4 major systemic banks in Greece, currently undergoing an ambitious, multi-year digital transformation journey. To accelerate their roadmap and drive long-term strategic growth, they partnered with us to rapidly scale their digital product delivery capacity.

As part of this initial phase, we are onboarding a large-scale team of approximately 70 specialized professionals organized into seven cross-functional agile squads. Five of these squads are dedicated to advancing the client's mobile banking ecosystem, while the remaining two squads complement existing web and hybrid digital channels. This scaled delivery model is designed to increase overall throughput and velocity for key digital products covering both personal and corporate banking sectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform API testing to ensure system reliability
• Conduct functional testing across various application layers
• Develop test cases and manage test planning activities
• Report bugs and track quality metrics
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies

Requirements

• 6+ years of QA experience
• Proficiency in DevTools, Postman, Fiddler/Wireshark
• Expertise in test design techniques such as pairwise testing and decision tables
• Fluency in Greek language
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
