Senior / Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you lead new productionintroductions, resolve manufacturing issues, identifies opportunities for yield& process improvements, drive cost reduction and productivity enhancementprojects ensure compliance with safety & quality standards whilecontributing to a collaborative and innovative manufacturing environment.

In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:

· Leads and/or participate in processdevelopment, optimization, training, qualification, and validation activitiesfor New Product or technology transfers.

· Leads in yield improvement, root causeanalysis to resolve product manufacturing failures & determine root cause,reduce scrap and improve quality

· Improves manufacturing efficiency throughworkflow, space, equipment layout optimization, cost reduction, processautomation and digital transformation

· Manages new equipment set-up and equipmentimprovements

· Generate process equipment specifications andensures all equipment are robustly designed for mass production particularly onsafety

· Develop, maintain, and update manufacturingprocedures and related documentation including Risk Assessments (RA),Lockout/Tagout procedures (LOTO), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and EquipmentSafety Requirements (ESR) for assembly & equipment processes.

· Creates and maintains Bill of Material (BOM)structure, product attributes, categories configuration, routing and anyengineering related support.

For This Role, You Will Need:

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies

· Experience with process optimization, rootcause analysis and problem-solving tools (Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc)

· Trained in Lean techniques, SPC, Six Sigma andProcess Improvement tools

· Experience with automation, robotics, PLCs,welding or Industry 4.0 technologies is an advantage

· Strong understanding of quality managementsystems and standards

· Proficiency in computer skills - Oraclebusiness system and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint) skillspreferred

Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or productionenvironments

· Excellent project management, communication,and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Six Sigma Green Belt or other relevantcertifications preferred
