Senior Manufacturing Manager (MNC / North)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead multiple production cells, ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, yield, 5S, and on-time delivery (OTD).
Plan and manage production schedules, manpower, and capacity to meet customer demand and business objectives.
Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes, WIP management, and material control.
Coach, develop, and manage supervisors and production teams through training, performance management, and succession planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste and costs, and improve quality and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues using root cause analysis and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) methodologies.
Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
At least 8 years' Manufacturing Manager experience, within equipment assembly industries will be a strong advantage
Strong leadership experience with leading a large team of manufacturing engineers
Education Qualification in Engineering / Manufacturing field or equivalent
