Senior /Manufacturing Process Engineer (Manufacturing MNC) #HHL

• Location: Pioneer

• Salary: $5,000–$6,500 per month

• Working hours: 8.30am–5.30pm

• Company shuttle bus provided

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production line issues and monitor process KPIs.

• Conduct root cause analysis, FMEA and customer complaint investigations.

• Drive process optimisation, Lean Six Sigma and cost reduction projects.

• Maintain process documentation and verify SAP BOM and routing accuracy.

• Support new product introduction, equipment development and transition to mass production.

• Assist with customer and certification audits.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Chemical, Electrical/Electronics, Materials Engineering or a related discipline.

• Min. 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

• Experience in Lean Six Sigma; Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental management systems.

• SAP knowledge is advantageous.
