Job description

We are looking for a professional responsible for leading strategic projects in Internal Communication, Culture, and Engagement, working end-to-end on strategy definition, execution, and results measurement. The position requires strong consultative work with leadership and business areas, development of 360° communication plans, corporate event management, creation of narratives and executive presentations, as well as driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and the employee experience. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strategic vision, influence, management of multiple stakeholders, and advanced English for interaction with global teams.

  • Lead strategic Internal Communication and Engagement projects, acting from strategy construction to implementation and results measurement, ensuring excellence in execution, meeting deadlines, quality of deliverables, and budget management;

  • Develop and implement 360° communication plans, aligning messages, channels, audiences, and experiences with business objectives, corporate priorities, and the Serasa Experian strategy;

  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas and leadership, understanding challenges, identifying opportunities, and recommending communication and engagement solutions that support organizational culture transformation and results;

  • Lead engagement and communication initiatives, ensuring narrative consistency, relevance to employees, and alignment with the company's global strategy;

  • Plan and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual corporate events;

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating stakeholders from different areas and hierarchical levels, ensuring alignment, governance, and efficient decision-making;

  • Develop executive presentations, communication materials, and strategic narratives for different audiences, including leadership and global teams;

  • Monitor indicators, track initiative results, and generate insights that support the continuous evolution of the communication and employee experience strategy;

  • Constantly seek new trends, formats, and communication tools, proposing innovative approaches that strengthen organizational culture and the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to conduct meetings and develop presentations for global teams and leadership;

  • Previous experience in Marketing, Internal Communication, Engagement, Culture, Employer Branding, or related areas;

  • Experience in planning and executing corporate events of different sizes;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences;

  • Consultative profile, with strong influence, relationship management, and autonomy to lead projects end-to-end;

  • Organization, sense of priority, and ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple simultaneous demands.
