Senior Marketing Automation Manager

This role is the architect of our customer journey ecosystem. It leads the Lifecycle Team and bridges the gap between Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive a better experience for Kiwi, resulting in measurable growth for the business. Your mission is to transform Braze from a messaging delivery tool into a core product and marketing enabler and play a key role in leading the vision and roadmap for customer lifecycle including unlocking and enabling Braze functionality and capability across the business, building a centre of excellence for lifecycle and marketing automation. Lead and develop your lifecycle team and define how we leverage our automation stack to deliver a meaningful experience for Kiwi, guiding them toward High-Value Actions. Work with product and marketing teams to embed customer journey practices, including what we want Kiwi to think, do and feel at every stage of those journeys.
