• Builds and maintains client specific specifications for automated, personalized communications (e.g. forms, worksheets, confirms) based upon business requirements and client discussions.

• Liaises with client teams to share best practice and standards during discovery process for new communication builds.

• Supports assigned clients with department projects, initiatives, and audits.

• Provides production support to client teams for issue resolution.

• Reviews work performed at lower levels and approves accuracy and completeness.
