- Serve as a senior resource within the Business Intelligence team, sharing knowledge, providing guidance to support team members, and helping ensure consistency and quality across data initiatives.
- Partner collaboratively with Information Systems, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Lending, and other business areas to ensure data and analytical solutions support enterprise priorities and strategic objectives.
- Promote a data-driven culture by helping leaders and teams understand, interpret, and effectively use data.
- Complete assigned analysis requests, reports, and ad hoc data inquiries within established service expectations and timelines.
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards/reports.
- Serve as a Business Intelligence resource and subject matter expert on Financial Center's members, their behaviors, relationships, needs, and opportunities.
- Analyze internal and external data to identify trends in member behavior, financial performance, engagement, growth, retention, and financial wellness.
- Serve as a primary Business Intelligence partner to Marketing, supporting segmentation, targeting, campaign analysis, personalization, and marketing ROI.
- Develop expertise in member intelligence and analytical platforms including Rise Analytics, Segmint, SavvyMoney, demographic data, survey data, and other internal and external data resources.
- Translate complex data using Power BI, Excel, dashboards, and other analytical tools into clear, business-relevant insights that tell the story behind the numbers, identify key drivers and trends, use predictive analytics to anticipate what may happen next, and recommend actions to support informed decision-making.
- Perform member segmentation, lifecycle analysis, marketing analytics, and behavioral analysis to identify meaningful member groups, understand behaviors and needs, and uncover opportunities to improve engagement, retention, product adoption, and growth.
- Document, communicate, and support the implementation of analytics, reporting, and system changes affecting business processes and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining the purpose, functionality, data sources, assumptions, and intended use of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions, ensuring reporting solutions align with business requirements, data governance standards, and organizational objectives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain analytical solutions and processes in compliance with Information Security policies, data privacy requirements, and established governance standards.
- Ensure appropriate controls are applied to protect confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information during the development, testing, and deployment of reporting and analytics solutions.
- Participate in projects as requested. Develop time estimates, requirements and scope related to data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security and compliance programs including but not limited to BSA, AML, OFAC, security, and safety, exercising awareness regarding suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year (4) college or university; degree in business analytics, marketing, or data analytics preferred.
- Minimum (5) years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, market research, customer or member insights, marketing analytics, customer experience, financial services, or related discipline, preferably in financial services.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis, modeling, data, and presentation.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large datasets and recognize patterns, trends, relationships, and anomalies.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and data visualization skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling is preferred but not required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT STANDARDS & EXPECTATIONS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment using standard business equipment, with workspaces that are typically climate controlled. This role may require occasional lifting or moving of items up to 15 pounds. The position involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and frequent use of hands for tasks such as typing and operating office equipment. Unobstructed vision and hearing are essential to effectively perform job functions.
This role requires strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities, including attention to detail, sound judgment, problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to analyze information and manage multiple priorities.
