Senior Marketing Executive cum Designer

Summary

A hybrid marketing and design role developing brand identities, executing campaigns, creating digital/print materials, and managing social media (including photography/videography) for multiple F&B brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand identities across multiple F&B brands, including branding guidelines, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, festive campaigns, and other brand initiatives.
  • Design creative materials for digital and print, including social media content, menus, posters, flyers, packaging, POSM, and signage.
  • Create social media content from concept to execution, including styling, food photography, videography, editing, and publishing.
  • Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including content calendars, posting schedules, messages, comments, and customer enquiries.
  • Develop monthly content plans and campaign ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with shopping malls, agencies, media partners, corporate partners, printers, suppliers, and other external vendors.
  • Manage quotations, artwork production, printing, installation, and quality control.
  • Manage influencer/KOL collaborations, media partnerships, and other promotional collaborations.
  • Coordinate marketing partnerships with banks, payment platforms, malls, schools, and other organizations.
  • Monitor campaign and social media performance and prepare basic reports with recommendations.
  • Support new brand launches, outlet openings, menu launches, and other promotional activities.
  • Assign tasks to and guide junior designers or interns and liaise with outsourced designers when required to maintain creative quality and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in Adobe creative software.
  • Good photography, videography, and video editing skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
  • Able to handle both creative design and marketing coordination independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or agency environments will be an advantage.
