ELEMENTS WELLNESS Senior Marketing Executive
Role Details
Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Singapore — HQ-based with occasional outlet visits
Reports to: Marketing Director
Salary: Commensurate with experience
About Elements Wellness
Elements Wellness is a multi-location wellness and spa brand with over 25 years of heritage, operating along Orchard Road.
We are a brand built on results — treatments grounded in therapeutic efficacy, delivered through an experience that earns long-term trust and loyalty.
We are now sharpening our brand, modernising our marketing capabilities and growing our reach without losing what makes Elements trusted.
The Role
You will work directly with the Marketing Director to turn marketing strategy into strong, consistent execution across content, brand communications, website and campaigns.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership.
AtElements, every piece of content should have a purpose — to strengthen the brand, create relevance, help customers understand what we offer, move them closer to booking, or ideally do several of these at once.
The overall marketing direction will be set by the Marketing Director, but you are expected to think within it, contribute ideas, bring a point of view and improve the work through discussion.
What You Will Do
Content & Social Media
· Participate in campaign and content planning with the Marketing Director and operations team
· Develop content pillars and translate them into a clear monthly content calendar
· Write captions and campaign copy that are clear, differentiated and on-brand
· Create social graphics and short-form video content
· Bring drafts and ideas into discussion early, rather than only at final submission
· Review content performance and apply learnings to future work
Brand & Marketing Collateral
· Use Canva and AI-assisted tools to produce polished, on-brand work independently
· Create marketing materials including social graphics, in-store posters, EDMs, brochures and sales collateral
· Ensure consistency across brand, visual and messaging touchpoints
· Review materials carefully before they go to print or publish
· Work with external designers or production partners when specialist support is needed
Website & Marketing Operations
· Maintain and update the Elements website; training will be provided
· Keep treatment pages, offers and campaign content accurate and current
· Support basic SEO hygiene, including page titles, descriptions and content freshness
· Maintain the marketing calendar with clear objectives, deliverables and timelines
· Coordinate with shopping mall marketing teams and external partners on campaigns, collaborations and asset delivery
· Prepare clear internal marketing communications for outlet teams
· Liaise with our external paid-media specialist on briefs, creative assets and campaign requirements
· Review campaign performance with the Marketing Director and relevant partners
What We Are Looking For
What Matters Most
· Excellent written English — clear, precise and natural
· Strong marketing judgement — you understand that content exists to achieve an objective, not simply fill a calendar
· Brand literacy — you can recognise when something does not look, sound or feel right, and explain why
· A point of view — you are comfortable proposing ideas, discussing them and refining them
· Strong visual judgement — you understand hierarchy, imagery and what makes communications feel considered rather than generic
· Independent execution — you can move work forward without needing every step prescribed
· Organisation and follow-through — you manage deadlines, details and multiple workstreams reliably
· 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience
Useful Experience
· Experience in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, hospitality or other consumer-facing brands
· Proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools
· Experience using AI tools for content or creative development
· Familiarity with basic SEO
· Experience creating short-form video content
· Basic understanding of paid media — enough to brief a specialist and understand campaign results
We are open to candidates from outside the wellness industry. Strong marketing thinking, writing ability and brand judgement matter more to us than direct category experience.
Who Will Thrive Here
You think beyond completing the task in front of you. You ask why apiece of content should exist, what the customer should understand or do next, and whether the execution feels right for the brand.
You are comfortable having your work discussed, taking feedback and explaining your own thinking. You enjoy being close to the work — writing, making, refining and seeing ideas through to execution.
How to Apply
Please send your CV together with a short note introducing yourself.
Tell us about one piece of content or one marketing campaign you are particularly proud of and briefly explain:
· What you were trying to achieve
· What your role was
· What decisions you made and why
· What happened as a result
Where possible, include a link or example of the work.
Applications without this short note will not be reviewed.
