Senior Marketing Executive

As Hong Kong continues to be a key growth market for our business, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Häagen-Dazs Shop Marketing Team. This role will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional programs, and customer engagement initiatives to drive brand awareness, traffic, and business growth across our retail stores and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing the full spectrum of marketing plans, budget allocation, and brand strategy development.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, including ATL, BTL, digital, PR, POSM, and in-store activations.
  • Execute brand marketing plans and manage routine marketing operations, including A&P spending tracking and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, creative partners, and production vendors to develop and deliver promotional materials and marketing assets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, promotional programs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support the localization, adaptation, and deployment of campaign assets across multiple consumer touchpoints to ensure relevance and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Manage project timelines, approval processes, and stakeholder coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in ad hoc marketing projects and assignments as required.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG, F&B, retail, or consumer brand marketing.
  • Proven experience in new product launches and integrated marketing campaign execution is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-minded, proactive, positive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Familiar with current marketing trends, digital platforms, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
