Mummys Market connects consumer brands with customers through exhibitions, brand activations and digital platforms across the parenting, family and home-living sectors. We help brands reach new audiences, engage consumers and grow through meaningful commercial partnerships.

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of brand activation campaigns, manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered effectively from planning to completion.

This role is suited to an experienced marketer who can work independently, solve problems confidently and turn campaign objectives into successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Ownership

  • Independently manage brand activation campaigns from client briefing and planning through execution, evaluation and reporting.

  • Translate client objectives into practical campaign plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.

  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the agreed standards.

  • Anticipate potential risks and take proactive measures to minimise delays, errors and execution issues.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong working relationships.

  • Lead client discussions, clarify requirements and recommend suitable campaign approaches.

  • Handle unexpected changes, client concerns and operational challenges with confidence and professionalism.

  • Ensure client commitments are fulfilled and identify opportunities for repeat business and stronger partnerships.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting

  • Take ownership of problems that arise during campaign planning and execution, identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.

  • Assess options, make timely decisions within delegated authority and escalate significant risks with proposed solutions.

  • Resolve competing priorities, resource constraints and coordination issues without compromising campaign quality.

  • Review past campaign challenges and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.

Campaign Performance & Improvement

  • Monitor campaign performance against agreed objectives and key performance indicators.

  • Analyse results, identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions or improvements.

  • Prepare campaign reports with clear findings, insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Apply consumer insights, market trends and campaign data to improve future activations.

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Provide guidance and practical support to junior team members when required.

  • Share knowledge, best practices and lessons learned to improve team efficiency.

  • Collaborate with sales, business development, operations and other internal teams to achieve campaign and business objectives.

What You Bring

  • Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand activation, events, campaign management or client servicing.

  • Proven ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver projects successfully.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with examples of resolving unexpected issues and driving outcomes.

  • Confident client management, communication, negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Good understanding of marketing objectives, consumer behaviour and campaign performance measurement.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive, resourceful and accountable, with sound judgement and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, reporting platforms and AI tools is an advantage.

  • Willingness to support scheduled weekend exhibitions or activation events when required.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are delivered on time, within approved budgets and according to agreed client expectations.

  • Issues are identified early, resolved effectively and escalated appropriately.

  • Clients receive reliable communication, quality execution and useful recommendations.

  • Campaign performance is evaluated, with measurable improvements implemented.

  • Projects progress independently without excessive supervision or repeated follow-ups.
