Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to manage OWNDAYS’ social media, influencer (KOL) marketing, and content execution in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data-driven, and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

● Lead and execute OWNDAYS’ social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

● Plan, create, and publish high-impact content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and retail store traffic.

● Manage content calendars, post scheduling, and timely execution of campaigns and activations.

● Monitor social performance, analyze insights, and optimize content to improve reach and engagement.

● Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and platform best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Influencer & KOL Marketing

● Drive the execution of creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns across Singapore.

● Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and content creators.

● Develop influencer strategies, briefs, deliverables, and performance metrics.

● Manage product seeding, placements, and KOL endorsements.

● Track campaign results and evaluate ROI for influencer collaborations.

Content Creation & Creative Support

● Conceptualize and craft messages and visuals for different target audiences.

● Create and adapt content for digital platforms, including static posts, GIFs, short videos, and motion assets.

● Support the Marketing team with artwork creation, adaptation, resizing, and product visuals when required.

● Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure creative consistency.

Performance Tracking

● Support and execute paid social and digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

● Analyze digital metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.

● Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for campaigns and content.

Campaigns, Events & Cross-Team Coordination

● Assist in planning and execution of brand activities, including in-store promotions, launches, consumer events, and retail activations to drive footfall and sales conversion

● Support event logistics and coordination with vendors, agencies, mall management, and brand partners to ensure seamless on-ground execution

● Assist in developing and managing brand partnerships and cross-brand collaborations to leverage shared audiences, co-marketing opportunities, and enhance overall campaign reach

● Manage quotations, briefs, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

● Coordinate across departments (Retail Operations, VM, PR, Digital, and Sales teams) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of assets for both online and offline initiatives

● Support post-campaign reporting and evaluation to assess campaign effectiveness, retail performance impact, and partnership outcomes

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.

● Strong hands-on experience with social media platforms and influencer marketing.

● Proficiency in advertising and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, social analytics tools).

● Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g. Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Illustrator).

● Strong content strategy, conceptualization, and execution skills.

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
