Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Fidelity Bank’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning and compliance across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Drive brand campaigns that enhance awareness, reputation, consideration, and market positioning.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives for Prestige and high-value customer segments, supporting customer acquisition, retention, and engagement objectives.
  • Design and execute premium lifestyle, experiential, and event marketing activities for affluent and High-Net-Worth (HNW) customers.
  • Lead strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding initiatives, managing negotiations, activation, governance, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee the bank’s social media strategy across key platforms, ensuring effective content planning, audience engagement, and brand presence.
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance optimization to achieve awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including CRM, email, and SMS initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and brand performance tracking to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Retail Banking, Communications, Creative, and Digital teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or CIM certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ progressive experience in brand management, marketing, partnerships, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing a corporate or institutional brand and ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels.
  • Strong background in marketing to affluent, premium, or high-value customer segments.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and co-brand initiatives.
  • Hands-on expertise in social media strategy and paid advertising across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Meta Ads Manager; experience with GA4 is an advantage.
  • Experience within financial services, regulated industries, luxury brands, or premium consumer marketing is desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and campaign performance management skills.
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing trends, including AI-driven marketing, social commerce, first-party data strategies, and content innovation, will be an added advantage.
