We are looking for a Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager to join our Global Marketing team.
In this senior-level role, you will coordinate the delivery of strategic marketing partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with global brands, entertainment IPs, gaming companies, and other strategic partners. Working closely with Business Development and cross-functional teams, you will help drive the marketing execution of partnership initiatives, contributing to their impact and supporting the growth of CD PROJEKT RED’s brands.
Daily Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategic marketing partnerships and co-marketing plans that support commercial and brand objectives.
- Ensures all partnership activities align with brand strategy, global objectives, and messaging guidelines.
- Leads the marketing delivery of assigned partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of agreed objectives.
- Manages relationships with key marketing partners together with other team members, including global brands, entertainment IPs, gaming companies, retail distributors, marketing agencies, and other collaborators.
- Serves as key marketing contact for partners throughout the partnership lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and successful execution of joint initiatives.
- Coordinates cross-functional partnership projects involving Business Development, Franchise, Development, Creative, PR, Legal, Production, Social Media & Community, and external partners.
- Contributes ideas and identifies opportunities to strengthen the brand equity of CD PROJEKT RED brands through strategic partnerships.
- Tracks partnership performance, prepares post-campaign evaluations, and recommends improvements for future collaborations.
- Develop and optimize partnership marketing processes, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to brand awareness, commercial objectives, and market expansion through strategic partnerships.
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing roles, either within an in-house marketing team or at an agency.
- Experience developing and executing marketing partnerships or co-marketing initiatives.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term partner relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and data-driven insights clearly to different audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Competency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of the video game industry and gaming culture.

Working mode
- In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Estimated pay range for this position: 15,700 - 21,600 PLN gross monthly.
Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
